Include your platform, app version and a short description of what happened. For a crash, attach the operating-system report when available, but do not send vessel operational data unless it is necessary for the request.

Restart the app, confirm you have the newest available build and note the exact screen and action that produced the issue.

iOS private beta

The iOS camera modules remain in private testing while their processing, verification and Slow-Mo workflows are brought to feature parity with Android. Keep officer verification and manual entry as the operational authority.

Archives

Voyage archives use the .draftar format. Keep the original file until import and calculations have been verified on the destination device.

Cloud workspace

Cloud transfer is optional and manual. Check the voyage revision before uploading or downloading between devices.

Privacy & deletion

Delete local records inside the app. Cloud accounts and cloud records can be deleted from the account controls or requested by email from the account address.

Professional-use reminder

TrimCargo is a decision-support tool. Verify every output against the vessel’s approved stability booklet, hydrostatic tables, loading manual, company procedures and applicable regulations before acting.
