For Android, iOS and Windows users

Include your platform, app version and a short description of what happened. For a crash, attach the operating-system report when available, but do not send vessel operational data unless it is necessary for the request.

Restart the app, confirm you have the newest available build and note the exact screen and action that produced the issue.

Android closed testing

The Android app is available only to approved testers through Google Play closed testing. It is not yet publicly released.

iOS private beta

The iOS camera modules remain in private testing while their processing, verification and Slow-Mo workflows are brought to feature parity with Android. Keep officer verification and manual entry as the operational authority.

Cloud workspace

Upload a selected voyage from one supported device, then download its revision on another to continue working. Transfers are optional and manual; check the voyage revision before continuing. Downloading creates a separate local copy.

Offline & access

TrimCargo can open without signing in, and the built-in Test Vessel Demo is available offline. Account creation and sign-in, cloud transfer, trial activation, purchase and restore require Internet access. Previously verified access may remain available on the same installation only while a valid offline-access lease is active. Locking or deactivating the device, expiry or a security check can remove that access.

Privacy & account deletion

Delete local records inside the app. Request deletion of a cloud account through Account & Cloud → Delete account where the option is available, or use the account-deletion page after uninstall. Cloud-account deletion does not remove local records on your devices.

Trial and existing records

A verified account can start one shared 14-day personal-vessel trial only after explicit confirmation. The trial does not start when you install, create an account, sign in or check access. After trial expiry, new personal operational work and Pro reports are locked until TrimCargo Pro is verified; existing personal records remain available for review and deletion where supported by the current build.

Professional-use reminder

TrimCargo is a decision-support tool. Verify every output against the vessel’s approved stability booklet, hydrostatic tables, loading manual, company procedures and applicable regulations before acting.
